Dr. Thomas is a member of the Executive Board of the International Panel on Social Progress (IPSP).

As President of WEIForward Women and Youth Economic Imperative, Dr. Thomas advises on transformational entrepreneurship, business enabling environments and SME development for economic growth, including a focus on entrepreneurial opportunities for women and youth.

In addition, Dr. Thomas provides mentorship for professionals, academics, and students.
