Dr. Margo Thomas is a strategic thinker and thought leader on inclusive economic development, entrepreneurship and SME growth, and public policy. She has proven international expertise in private sector development and business enabling environments, trade and competitiveness, and investment facilitation. During her World Bank tenure, she provided policy advice to some 50 developing, transitioning, and post-conflict governments on the national and sub-national levels.

As an active member of the Executive Board, Dr. Thomas has focused primarily on IPSP’s organizational strengthening, strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
